LendIt USA 2017 will feature a number of new and exciting options for attendees. One of these new options will be training sessions focused on sales & marketing and technology & operations.

This post will focus on:

  • what the training sessions look to accomplish
  • how they will be run
  • the types of attendees we believe will get the most out of attending.

Training sessions will take place on March 6th, sales & marketing will occur in the morning and technology & operations will take place in the afternoon. Overall we will cover two general themes for each session and look for the attendees, panelists and moderators all to contribute to this discussion.

It is important to note we view these sessions as an interactive experience where attendees are given talking points to discuss with each other and the session leaders.

Sales & Marketing Training – Morning Session

Room: 1E11

Topics:

  • Digital Marketing Channels
  • Lead Generation, Retention and Engagement

Attendees: Chief Marketing Officers and Marketing Staff

Goals:

  1. The sales and marketing training will provide attendees with a full understanding on what digital marketing channels are best for your company, what digital marketing benchmarks are most important and how best to utilize these channels to generate, retain and engage new leads for your business.
  2. We will look to delve deep into problem solving with leading experts, present scenarios for the audience to discuss and exchange ideas.

When walking away from this training, we want you to go back to your office and ensure your marketing spends are as efficient as they can be, and are reaching your optimal customers.

How They Will Work:

Each training will kick off with a case study being presented by a professional trainer, this will help to set the stage for the session and allow for the audience to hear from an expert in the marketing field.

After the case study, audience members will be presented with a set of scenarios to consider and discuss at their roundtable. The roundtables will then present their answers to the trainer for discussion with a panel of experts and the other roundtables.

We are looking to have an engaging discussion centered around these marketing topics so audience members and the panel of experts can exchange ideas. These training sessions should be seen as a collaborative discussion that should help you to better understand the digital marketing landscape for fintech companies.
